STRUCTURAL DIAGNOSTICS, A DECISIVE STEP

The structural diagnostics aims to evaluate the stability and bearing capacity of the structures of an existing building. It is essential in case of renovation or modification of existing structures and also in case of the appearance of structural anomalies such as cracks, deformations (deflections, displacements) etc.

Durable Structure carries out a diagnosis of the existing structures, first by site visit to conduct visual observations, and surveys. If necessary, we suggest surveys or advanced investigations or guide you to a more specialized expert.

We then carry out an in-depth analysis of the collected data, and conduct structural modeling, as well as verifications of the load-bearing capacities of these existing structures. If necessary, we recommend strengthening solutions in order to maintain the safety and operation of the structures.

At the end of these procedures, we produce the diagnostic report including several elements:

Reconstruction of the history of the study,
Justifications of the concerned structures
Technical recommendations and solutions
Technical drawing of strengthening solutions
